The Story Behind Vanta Blanq

Vanta Blanq started with a pretty simple idea — turning a difficult part of my life into something positive.

After my crash, I went through a period where I was in a pretty low place and honestly wasn’t sure where I was heading. It was easy to get caught up in the darker side of things and lose motivation, direction and confidence in myself.

Eventually, I decided I didn’t want to stay there. I wanted to take everything I had been through and put that energy into something positive — something of my own that I could build from the ground up.

That became Vanta Blanq.

The meaning behind the name

Vanta represents black — the darker side of life, the difficult moments and the times when things don’t always go the way you planned.

Blanq represents white — the light. The other side of those moments. The decision to keep going, find something to work towards and create a better direction for yourself.

Black and white.

Night and day.

Darkness and light.

They’re opposites, but they exist together. And I think life is the same. You can go through some pretty dark periods without letting them define who you become.

For me, Vanta Blanq became a way of chasing the light.

I wanted to build something that was genuinely mine, but also something that could make other people feel good about themselves.

At the end of the day, Vanta Blanq is a clothing brand. But I want it to be more than just putting clothes on a body. I want someone to put on Vanta Blanq and feel confident, comfortable and like the best version of themselves.

Because what you wear can change how you carry yourself. It can give you confidence, help you express who you are and make you feel good in your own skin.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. Everyone goes through their own darker periods. What matters is what you choose to do with them and where you choose to go from there.

For me, I chose to chase the light.

Vanta Blanq is about doing the same.
