You may return any full-priced item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in original, unworn, and resalable condition. Please ensure the following:

• Tags remain attached
• Original packaging is included
• No signs of wear (including makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or odours)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to you.

Refund

Receive a refund for the full amount paid for the returned item(s).
Please note: duties, taxes, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Receive a store credit for the full amount paid for the returned item(s).
Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

Exchange

Exchange your item for an alternative size or style.
If there is a price difference, a store credit will be issued for the returned item(s) so you may repurchase your preferred option.

• Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• If an exchange is approved, VANTA BLANQ covers the shipping cost for the replacement item(s) sent to you.
