Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All prices on our site are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Express Shipping within Australia: approximately 2–4 business days
Standard Shipping within Australia: approximately 5–7 business days

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Please note that selecting Express Shipping ensures faster delivery through the Australia Post network, but does not expedite our internal processing time. While we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, VANTA BLANQ is not responsible for delays within the postal network and cannot refund postage costs for delayed deliveries.

DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS

For most domestic orders, you can expect to receive your package within 3–5 business days.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Australia Post directly using the tracking reference provided in your shipping confirmation email.
